How long does it take to charge my electric vehicle using your EV fast chargers?
The charging time can be influenced by several factors, such as the voltage and capacity of the EV’s battery, temperature, State of Charge (SoC), the amperage of the EV fast charger cable, etc.
Here’s a quick calculation to give you a good idea of the charging time with our Supersonic 400 kW:
1 – Battery voltage (800V) x Cable amperage (500A) = 400 kW
The EV can therefore take 400 kW for its charge.
2 – Battery capacity (80 kWh) / 400 kW = 0.2 hours (12 minutes).
Please note that other factors may affect charging speed.
